Evening Stewardship Hour, Franklin

When: October 14, 2026 @ 6:00 pm

FIND FRIENDSHIP AND FULFILLMENT WHILE HELPING THE EARTH

Join us for some golden hour stewardship on your Wednesday evening and help us remove invasive, nonnative privet at an important cultural site in Franklin. Privet aggressively displaces our native plants, turning diverse wildflower patches into unsightly thickets and removing sources of wildlife food and shelter. Get your blood pumping during this quick workday, and enjoy a beautiful early-fall evening with your likeminded neighbors while you restore native habitat!

This workday will occur from 6:00pm-7:00pm on Wednesday, October 14th. All tools will be provided, just bring yourself, your water bottle, closed-toed shoes, and long pants. Email Paige at [email protected] to RSVP and receive exact meeting location.
