NC Local Listening Hike, Glenville

When: August 6, 2026 @ 5:00 pm

Join Mainspring Conservation Trust, Friends of Panthertown and NC Local’s Lilly Knoepp on a short hike from the Salt Rock Gap Panthertown trailhead on Thursday, August 6th. We will meet at the trailhead at 5:00pm, and be out for about 2 hours. This is will be a moderate difficulty hike, with some steeper grades on natural surface trails. See the map below for exact meeting location.

This is a listening hike to connect and chat about the work of NC Local, especially our WNC newsletter The Trailhead, and hear from YOU about what important state policy issues you are curious about and how they are impacting the region.
