LTLT Celebrates Conservation Action by Lance Family in New Annual Report

November 6, 2014

Press Release:

The Land Trust for the Little Tennessee (LTLT) is pleased to announce the release of its annual report The Land Steward. Among the stories in the 2014 publication is a celebration of the conservation of nearly 300 acres in Graham County by the Lance family. Venice Lance, who served in the Asheville City Schools system for more than 30 years, carries on the legacy of her father Clyde Garland who spent years piecing together the tract, by placing it in a permanent conservation easement with LTLT.
